INVENTORY ANALYST - CHORRILLOS WAREHOUSE

Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor goods inflows and outflows, conduct physical inventory counts, and ensure timely replenishment at the Chorrillos warehouse. Requirements: * Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Telecommunications, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience in procurement and inventory processes (Kardex). * Minimum 1.5 years in similar roles within general inventory functions. * Experience interacting with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and quotations. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel\-Intermediate). * Experience using ERP systems or logistics management software. * Knowledge of basic procurement and logistics procedures and regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor goods inflows and outflows; perform physical inventory counts (cyclic inventories); verify alignment with system records; and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts. * Track deliveries to ensure adherence to agreed timelines. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product databases. * Archive and organize documents related to the inventory process. * Generate periodic reports covering the entire OYM project warehouse. * Coordinate with requesting departments to ensure accurate specification of requirements. * Comply with internal departmental and company procedures and policies. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor, relevant to the position’s mission.
