We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented student or recent graduate with interest in developing expertise in industrial planning and production. Requirements: * Student in final academic cycles or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering and/or related fields. * Prior internship experience in industrial plants is desirable (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of forecasting and production planning. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with production performance indicators (KPIs) is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Support in developing and monitoring the Master Production Schedule (MPS). * Provide assistance in scheduling and controlling production lines. * Support in preparing daily production schedule compliance reports. * Collaborate in daily and weekly analysis of critical products. * Support in tracking delivery schedules for finished goods. * Participate in process measurement and analysis to calculate capacity and production efficiency. * Support in updating and monitoring departmental KPIs.
