**Job Description**
* Learn about recruitment and selection processes.
* Organize onboarding and training sessions.
* Assist with document management within the department.
* Participate in social welfare activities.
* Collaborate in the creation of new procedures and processes.
* Support personnel attendance control processes.
**Requirements**
* Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday in Lurin (employee transportation benefits provided).
