




**Responsibilities:** * Greet, inform, and guide visitors in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner. * Actively promote and offer the company’s services to boost sales. * Keep the reception area tidy and equipped with up-to-date materials. * Ensure visitors have a positive experience that meets the company’s service standards. * Promptly report to the supervisor any incidents or relevant situations occurring during the shift. * Contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. * Comply with internal security, cash handling, and system usage procedures. **Requirements / Job Profile** * **Education:** Completed secondary education or technical/university studies * **Specialization:** Tourism / Sales / Customer Service or related fields * **Experience:** Customer service and/or face-to-face sales (minimum 6 months) * **Additional training:** Basic proficiency in Office tools and digital platforms **Technical Knowledge** * **English:** Intermediate to advanced * **Excel:** Basic * **Office (Word / PowerPoint):** Basic * **Sales techniques:** Intermediate Employment type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: S/.700.00 – S/.800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
