Requirements: \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Social Work (Mandatory) \- Knowledge of occupational welfare programs and current labor regulations. \- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Minimum 3 months of experience. \- Strong communication, organizational, and empathetic skills. \- Availability to work in Chilca (Cañete) (Mandatory).
