




Job Summary: We are seeking Housekeepers to maintain room cleanliness and comfort across our hotel chain, ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform room cleaning and presentation to ensure guest comfort 2. Ensure compliance with room cleaning and hygiene standards 3. Report incidents and conduct inspections to maintain quality We are currently recruiting (02) HOUSEKEEPERS FOR THE SUMMER 2025\-2026 CAMPAIGN for our DM HOTELES ASIA hotel chain. (**Work commencement on January 19, 2026**). TEMPORARY CONTRACT FOR THE CAMPAIGN. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning of assigned rooms and areas according to the daily work report, ensuring proper presentation and guest comfort. * Properly prepare housekeeping carts in accordance with standard procedures to streamline task execution and meet reservation requirements. * Change and make beds in guest rooms to provide a clean and comfortable environment, in line with established standards. * Clean and disinfect guest room bathrooms, and supply towels, soap, and necessary amenities to ensure guest comfort in rooms. * Report guests’ forgotten items, equipment malfunctions, defects, or missing property in rooms so responsible personnel may take appropriate actions per procedure. * Conduct inspections upon guest check\-out to verify that all room property is complete and in good condition, preventing loss or damage. * Request cleaning materials and supplies from the area supervisor, ensuring availability of required materials and tools based on stock levels. * Clean and organize assigned workspaces, materials, equipment, and tools. * Comply with safety regulations and hygiene protocols in all cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Perform other duties and responsibilities within one’s competence as stipulated by current regulatory provisions and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education and/or final-year student in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of cleaning products and customer service. * Office software (Basic level), knowledge of cleaning processes. * English – Intermediate level. * One year of experience in the hotel industry or related fields. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll temporary contract at 100% coverage from the first day of employment. * Rotating shifts: Morning shift (7:00 a.m. \- 3:00 p.m.) and Afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. \- 11:00 p.m.). * Accommodation provided if located in Lima. * Meals. * 45\-minute break period. * Positive work environment. * Free uniform. * EsSalud insurance.
