Monitor service execution and compliance ABISERVI S.A.C., a national logistics service chain with 12 years of specialized experience in audits and inventories nationwide, is seeking top talent to fill the position of LOGISTICS SERVICES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR. · WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience Residence near the aforementioned area Availability to work Monday through Saturday on rotating shifts Preferably familiar with ISO 9001:2015 One diploma in operations, logistics, or related field · WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Review client requirements via corporate emails or communication groups such as WhatsApp, social networks, etc. Coordinate with clients regarding service scope, start date, and completion date. Verify staff availability in the OPE-FO-02 database and assign tasks. Manage recruitment requests with support from Human Resources, if necessary. Prepare and distribute the OPE-FO-03 schedule to assigned personnel. Ensure delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to assigned personnel. Continuously and promptly request and manage creation of Work Orders (WOs) in the company system. Monitor ongoing services to verify compliance. Record information in the SGA system regarding schedules, projects, and WO amounts. Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. · WHAT DO WE OFFER?
