Job Summary:
We are seeking an Organizational and Methods Analyst - Continuous Improvement to analyze and design solutions for problems, update documentation, standardize improvements, and prepare requirement specification reports.
Key Highlights:

On behalf of one of our group companies, we are currently looking for an Organizational and Methods Analyst - Continuous Improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles as an Organizational and Methods Analyst.
Desirable specialization in process redesign, process improvement, or Project Management.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
Advanced intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Bizagi Modeler.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and design problems by listening to the customer's voice, mapping the process journey, and analyzing operational and commercial data.
Update documentation resulting from process redesigns or new process designs, as necessary.
Standardize improvements by developing policies, procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts.
Prepare requirement specification reports for improvements targeted at technological or procedural developments.
Conduct productivity analysis for positions across various organizational departments and adjust workloads as needed.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis at diagnosis, design, pilot, and implementation stages of proposed projects.
Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of the corporate inventory of current and repealed regulations.
Any other duties consistent with this position.
