




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze and design processes, standardize improvements, and prepare reports for technological and procedural developments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process analysis and design, customer journey mapping 2. Standardization of improvements and development of policies and procedures 3. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles in Processes, Organization and Methods. Advanced intermediate Office skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Bizagi Modeler, CRM, SAP. Technological knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. Responsibilities: Analyze and design process issues by listening to the customer’s voice, mapping the process journey, and analyzing operational and commercial data. Update documentation resulting from process redesigns or new process designs, as required. Standardize improvements by developing policies, procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts. Prepare requirement specification reports for improvements targeting technological or procedural developments. Conduct productivity analysis for positions across various organizational departments and, if necessary, balance workloads. Carry out and participate in qualitative and quantitative analyses at the levels of diagnosis, design, pilots, and implementation of solutions in proposed projects. Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of the inventory of current and repealed corporate regulations. Any other duties consistent with this position.
