Work locations: Huachipa – Camposanto Mapfre Shifts: 12 hours (Day, Night or Rotating) Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Salary: S/ 1800 – S/ 2000 (depending on assigned shift) Base salary: S/ 1,130 Bonuses according to current scheme Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience (6 consecutive months as a Security Agent) or graduates from the Armed Forces (no prior experience required). Completed secondary education. Valid Sucamec certification (if not held, Prosegur will provide training). Basic Excel knowledge. Customer service experience. Responsibilities Control of personnel and vehicle access. Surveillance and protection of facilities. Compliance with security protocols. Reporting of incidents and service updates.
