Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for installation, inspection, configuration, testing, and maintenance of fire detection and security systems. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of advanced security systems. 2. Inspection and configuration of control panels and devices. 3. Conducting operational tests and preparing reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Network or communication cabling. * Experience installing systems (Fire Detection and Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Electrical Installations, etc.). * Installation and maintenance of equipment from brands such as Simplex, Mircom, Bosch, Secutron, Siemens, Notifier, and others. * Conduit pipe installation. * Office software knowledge – Preferred. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Tool handling and immediate availability. * Preferably residing in the Southern Zone. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · **Inspection and Configuration:** Inspect and/or configure fire detection and alarm system control panels. · **Device Installation:** Install and inspect fire detection and alarm devices, including system power supplies, manual pull stations, smoke and temperature sensors, and photobeams. · **Testing and Operational Verification:** Perform operational tests on control panels, manual pull stations, smoke and temperature sensors, and alarm notifications. · **Maintenance:** Carry out general PREVENTIVE and CORRECTIVE maintenance of fire alarm and detection systems. · **Reporting:** Prepare detailed preventive maintenance reports and other work-related reports as required. · **Other Duties:** Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** * Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays until 1:00 PM) * Work locations: Ate and Lurin Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
