Job Summary: We are seeking a Sewing Operator with experience in garment manufacturing, sewing machine operation, and the ability to interpret technical sheets, with a focus on quality and teamwork. Promotes teamwork and quality orientation. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpretation of technical sheets and detailed reading. **Requirements:** * Technical studies and/or related courses. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Competencies: Organization, teamwork, and quality orientation. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. * Location: Chorrillos * Continuous training, a positive work environment, and overtime pay * Precise and high-quality garment manufacturing. * Performing sewing, joining, and other sewing operations according to patterns and instructions. * Complete garment assembly: collars, hems, sleeves. * Operation of all machines: overlock, coverstitch, straight-stitch, among others. * Following detailed instructions in technical sheets and work orders. * Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the overall functioning of the sewing department. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
