We seek a **Social Worker** committed to the holistic well-being of children and adolescents, with social sensitivity and the ability to support and strengthen their bonds with families and/or legal guardians.
The professional will be responsible for providing social care and follow-up on residents’ social and family situations, promoting their well-being and holistic development in continuous coordination with the Welfare Management departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan and implement the admission process for new residents in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
* Collect, verify, and maintain up-to-date documentation in social case files.
* Prepare social reports for both new and existing child and adolescent residents.
* Conduct sociofamilial and socioeconomic assessments of families.
* Provide guidance and support to parents, legal guardians, and/or representatives.
* Schedule and conduct home visits according to each case’s needs.
* Monitor families’ compliance with responsibilities and commitments toward the Group Home.
* Monitor, in coordination with caregivers, residents’ adaptation, coexistence, and well-being.
* Plan and conduct workshops and activities for parents/guardians in coordination with Psychology.
* Coordinate with educational institutions and other departments to secure benefits and opportunities for residents.
* Coordinate with Nursing and follow up on medical care as required.
* Participate in planning and coordinating institutional and integration activities.
* Prepare reports and keep residents’ social information updated.

REQUIREMENTS
* Graduate in Social Work.
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Social Work.
* Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families.
* Preferred experience with vulnerable populations or in protection and care institutions.
* Proficiency in preparing social reports and conducting sociofamilial assessments.
* Availability to commit to the position for a minimum period of **1 year**.
* Availability to work:
* **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
