Requirements: Graduate in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration Courses or specialization in Quality Management (ISO 9001\) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001\) Actively participate in maintaining and continuously improving the ISO 9001 and 14001 integrated management system Internal Auditor Training Course Intermediate Excel Certification Reside in areas adjacent to Punta Hermosa, Lurin Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar positions Responsibilities: Actively participate in maintaining and continuously improving the integrated management system. Maintain control over documentation of the Integrated Management System. Support the investigation and analysis of root causes of nonconformities. Support the follow-up of corrective actions, observations, and opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation of procedures, forms, and standards across processes. Support the execution of the Integrated Management System training program and safety talks. Support the onboarding of new personnel regarding Integrated Management System standards and policies. Participate in internal, external, and certification audit processes. Report inspection, audit, and other deviations from Integrated Management System standards to immediate supervisor and issue corresponding reports. Support the investigation and analysis of the significance of customer complaints. Prepare presentations, reports, and documents assigned by immediate supervisor. Conduct follow-up and verification of the effectiveness of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. Comply with and ensure compliance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental standards; social responsibility; BASC Supply Chain Security standards for prevention of illicit acts; and other standards established by the company. Report suspicious activities occurring across various processes to immediate supervisor / BASC Committee. Other duties related to the position and/or delegated by immediate supervisor.
