Job Summary: We are seeking mechanical maintenance technicians and electricians to ensure the operational functionality of agricultural equipment and machinery on farms in Cañete, Chilca, and Mala. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment in the agro-livestock sector. 2. Installation and operation of various electrical equipment. 3. Operation of lifting equipment and execution of welding tasks. Two (02) technicians are required for the Maintenance Department to work on the Cañete farm; we are Agroganadera San José del Monte. Requirements: - Mechanical Technician / Industrial Electrician Technician / SENATI graduate (preferred) - 1–2 years of experience - Work location: Cañete farm (Chilca / Mala) ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN Job Mission: Maintain motors, water pumps, electrical panels, and other electrical and electronic components of the Chilca and Mala farms in operational condition. Responsibilities: - Installation, assembly, and operation of various electrical equipment - Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, e.g., variable frequency drives - Preventive and corrective maintenance of motors and water pumps - Preventive maintenance of low-voltage electrical panels (cleaning, adjustment, and measurements) - Preventive maintenance of medium-voltage substations (cleaning, adjustment, and measurements) - Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics. - Performing assemblies, conduit installations, and wiring of electrical service entrances. - Maintaining daily control and records (checklists) of assigned and completed activities. - Ensuring all activities comply with industrial safety standards and environmental protection regulations. - Performing any other duties as required by the department or supervisor. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN: JOB MISSION Maintain transport and loading equipment of the Chilca and/or Mala farms in operational condition. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to perform precise interventions. 2 Dismantle machinery, repair or replace defective parts to ensure proper equipment operation. 3 Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, tractors, harvesters, seeders, and/or spraying equipment. 4 Carry out scheduled inspections and emergency repairs on mechanical and hydraulic systems. 5 Identify failures in mechanical components such as engines, bodies, structures, and report them to supervision. 6 Operate loading equipment including trucks, tractors, and yellow-line equipment. 7 Perform welding and structural work. 8 Maintain daily control and records (checklists) of assigned and completed activities. 9 Ensure all activities comply with industrial safety standards and environmental protection regulations. 10 Perform any other duties as required by the department or supervisor. . -Requirements- Minimum education: Technician 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 30 years Knowledge: Transport management, Agricultural mechanization Driver’s licenses: A-I, A-II-A Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, electrico, electrician, lineman, electricista, mechanic, mecanico
