We are currently seeking a: **DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities** * Knowledge of vehicle scheduling. * Knowledge of route scheduling. * Reporting on service status and tracking. * Management and supervision of documentation return for services rendered. * Support to operational staff in meeting delivery commitments. * Support in the billing and service settlement process, as well as in report generation. * Fleet tracking and GPS monitoring. * Provision of management indicators to the operations department. * Management of expense requests. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Academic Qualification: Technical or Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or International Business. * Excel Proficiency Level: Intermediate (proficiency in pivot tables and databases). * Experience: Minimum 1 year with logistics operators, specifically in distribution and/or transportation, including local distribution experience (route planning, municipal restrictions, and customer channels such as distributors, wholesalers, Horeca, and traditional trade). **What We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Food card. ***Work Location:*** BSF \- Villa el Salvador, Lima. ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:36 hrs.
