Job stability and opportunity for professional growth **DUMP TRUCK OPERATOR** **M\&H Group S.A.C.** is seeking a Dump Truck Operator to work at the Atocongo Plant \- UNACEM (Villa María del Triunfo \- Lima), joining a team committed to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities** * Safely and efficiently operate dump trucks for material transportation within the operation. * Conduct daily pre-use inspections of assigned equipment. * Comply with established safety procedures and SSOMA standards. * Maintain equipment in appropriate conditions of order and cleanliness. * Coordinate with operations supervision to fulfill scheduled activities. * Comply with internal regulations and client guidelines. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating dump trucks of brands HOWO, Shacman, Volvo, Mercedes\-Benz or similar. * Valid driver's license AIIIB or AIIIC. * Availability to work rotating 11-hour shifts. * Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and safety orientation. * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * **Availability to work Sundays and holidays as per operational scheduling.** **We Offer** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from day one. * **Daily food allowance for each day actually worked.** * Payment for work performed on Sundays and holidays as applicable. * Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. * Job stability and opportunity for professional growth. * **Average monthly remuneration between S/ 2,500 and S/ 2,800**, comprising base salary, overtime pay, Sunday and holiday work compensation, according to operational scheduling and actual attendance. **Working Conditions** * Workplace: Atocongo Plant \- UNACEM (Villa María del Triunfo, Lima). * Work regime: 6x1 (Monday to Sunday). * Rotating shifts: * Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * Immediate availability.
