Requirements * Final-year student or graduate (technical or university level) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in state tender and bidding processes related to goods and services, preferably in the services sector. * Proficiency and knowledge of the SEACE platform. * Knowledge of preparing technical and economic proposals. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos. Responsibilities * Lead public tender and state bidding processes. * Monitor assigned tenders and bidding processes. * Prepare technical and economic proposals. * Manage and review required documentation for tender processes. * Coordinate with various involved departments to meet established requirements and deadlines.
