**JOIN OUR TEAM!** **P.A PERÚ S.A.C.**, a company recognized for its excellence in Engineering, Construction, and Infrastructure projects: civil, mining, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and natural gas, is looking to continue adding top talent, and we are currently seeking a **Piling Machine Operator**. **What profile are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education * 3 years of experience in the position or similar roles. * Experience in the Construction and Mining sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Carry out loading, transportation, and unloading activities of materials according to requirements established by the department or project. * Complete the daily report thoroughly and ensure the machine is 100% operational, with proper fluid levels, condition, and sufficient fuel. * Use and strictly follow the piling machine's load chart; under no circumstances should the equipment be overloaded in weight or position. * Develop a piling plan, hold a meeting, and clearly establish movement and piling procedures. * Be accountable for the inventory and proper use of assets assigned. * Complete documentation and reports required by each department or project as requested based on the worksite. * Perform other duties related to the position and/or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor based on knowledge and experience. **What benefits do we offer?** * Social benefits as per legal requirements. * Constant training opportunities. * Work alongside a team willing to share knowledge and challenges. * Work in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment. * Growth opportunities. * Be part of a recognized organization. **Position Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 10:00 am. * Location: Lurín / Metropolitan Lima.
