Job Summary: We are seeking Transportation Tracking Assistants to monitor and ensure service compliance, guaranteeing traceability and execution of scheduled operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and tracking of units en route and adherence to scheduled programming 2. Management of operational incidents and coordination with drivers 3. Support to the scheduling department to ensure operational compliance We are currently seeking two Transportation Tracking Assistants (one focused on local operations and one on provincial operations), responsible for monitoring, tracking, and ensuring compliance with transportation services, guaranteeing operational traceability and correct execution of the established schedule. Main Responsibilities * Tracking and monitoring of units en route via GPS * Verification of adherence to the established schedule * Updating and sending operational status to clients and internal teams * Real-time reporting of unit location and status * Coordination with drivers to ensure proper service execution * Identification and management of operational incidents (delays, deviations, etc.) * Registration, control, and validation of trip tracking data * Receipt, registration, and validation of transportation documents * Tracking and validation of operational expenses (per diems, tolls, etc.) * Ongoing communication with clients via telephone and WhatsApp * Support to the scheduling department to ensure operational compliance Role Differentiation **Local Scheduling Assistant** * Monitoring of urban routes and adherence to time windows * Tracking of units at distribution centers (ATE, Huachipa, etc.) * Control of loading and unloading times **Provincial Scheduling Assistant** * Tracking of long-distance trips * Monitoring of transit times and stops along the route * Coordination in response to highway incidents **Requirements** * Graduated or final-year student in: * Administration * Industrial Engineering * Logistics or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in: * Operations tracking, monitoring, or control * Knowledge: * Intermediate Excel (mandatory) * GPS tracking platforms (desirable) **Key Competencies** * High level of organization and follow-up * Attention to detail * Ability to respond promptly to incidents * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure **Conditions** * Work modality: On-site * Schedule: Shifts according to operational needs Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
