Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to perform quality controls, support procedure development, participate in audits, and verify compliance with regulations in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform quality controls on raw materials and finished products 2. Support the updating and development of procedures 3. Participate in internal and external audits We are currently recruiting for our client in the mass-consumption food industry and are looking for a **QUALITY ASSISTANT** who meets the following requirements: Requirements: * Graduate of Industrial Food Engineering or Agroindustrial Engineering. * Experience: 6 months * Preferably with prior work experience or internships in the baking industry. * Residing near Chorrillos or adjacent areas (Desirable). Responsibilities: * Perform quality controls on raw materials and finished products. * Support the updating and development of procedures. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Verify compliance with sanitary regulations, labeling, and traceability requirements. * Supervise, verify, and record cleaning and disinfection of facilities. * Ensure personnel comply with quality prerequisites (GMP) and entry procedures for processing areas. * Strong teamwork and effective communication skills. * Responsible, proactive, committed, detail-oriented, organized, and open to learning.
