We are looking for a SSOMA Supervisor for the city of Trujillo, La Libertad: Requirements: \- Professional with a university degree and registered with the corresponding professional association in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields. \- Proven experience of more than three (03\) years in the integrated management of safety, occupational health, and environmental matters in solid waste management projects. \- Capable of leading work teams and ensuring compliance with current legal regulations (Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR, Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 009\-2005\-TR, among others). \- Class A1 driver’s license. Responsibilities: \- Design, implement, and supervise the SSOMA management system for the solid waste loading and transportation project. \- Identify hazards, assess risks, and establish control measures for activities involving hoppers, dump trucks, and heavy machinery. \- Conduct safety inductions and periodic training for operational and administrative staff. \- Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working conditions at the workplace. \- Manage internal inspections, SSOMA audits, and reporting of incidents, accidents, and substandard acts/conditions. \- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, including proper handling, transportation, and final disposal of waste. \- Coordinate with the client and competent authorities on SSOMA-related matters.
