Job Summary: We are seeking a CAD Technician/Optimization Assistant for an enterprise group engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of glass and aluminum carpentry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize plans and drawings according to production orders. 2. Verify information in the SICAR system and create drawings in AutoCAD. 3. Support activities for the execution of improvement projects. At ADECCO, we are currently searching for a CAD Technician/Optimization Assistant for our Chilca office, on behalf of a prominent enterprise group with over 26 years of market presence, specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Carpentry, Accessories, among others. REQUIREMENTS Technical degree in Civil Construction, CAD Technician, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in production plants, manufacturing, metal carpentry, or related fields. (Mandatory) Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and Illustrator. (Mandatory) Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. Preferably reside in areas adjacent to: Pucusana, Punta Hermosa, Chilca, Mala. Willingness to undergo training in CHILCA. Willingness to work in CHILCA. JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform optimization of plans and drawings in accordance with production order specifications to ensure accurate representation on production plans. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Verify that information entered into the SICAR system complies with production order (PO) specifications to carry out optimization in Opty Way. Create AutoCAD drawings of molds or plans reported by the Sales Department (if required), corresponding to production orders for production scheduling. Review whether drawings and/or measurements are correctly distributed for optimal efficiency. Print and deliver optimized outputs to personnel responsible for production and logistics processes. Support any required activities for executing area improvement projects. Comply with SIG policy, standards, and documents of the Integrated Management System. Comply with regulations stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, as well as those applicable to the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
