An accounting outsourcing company located in Florida, USA, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, selection, and personnel administration processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Recruitment: job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination. - Initial candidate contact and follow-up. - Onboarding support: documentation, employment references, system access, welcome procedures, and equipment setup. - Vacation, leave, and benefits administration. - Support in performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and employee follow-up. - General administrative support for HR tasks. REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 6 months of prior experience in recruitment or human resources. - Basic proficiency in social media and digital tools. - Intermediate or advanced spoken and written English. - Must reside in Lima.
