Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance services, prepare technical reports, and ensure quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and execution of maintenance services. 2. Preparation of technical reports and safety protocols. 3. Ensuring quality and safety in services. Maintenance Technician At Manpower Peru, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of Maintenance Technician in Lima. Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance services Prepare ATS (Safe Work Analysis) forms Perform services at client locations according to company procedures Coordinate with the client’s responsible person for delivery of completed services Prepare technical reports on performed services Ensure quality and safety during service execution Requirements: Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electronics, or Automation Minimum 3 years’ experience in thermal systems maintenance within foundries, metallurgical plants, or heavy industries Technical knowledge of foundry furnaces, industrial burners (gas, LPG, oil), and combustion systems Proficiency in using measurement instruments: digital manometer, earth resistance tester, multimeter, etc. Availability to work in Chilca.
