Job Summary: We are seeking Production Assistants for manual tasks related to the assembly, finishing, and packaging of industrial and military footwear, supporting various manufacturing processes. Key Points: 1. Experience in production, finishing, packaging, or visual inspection. 2. Manual tasks in footwear assembly and finishing. 3. Support in sewing, cementing, and trimming processes. Requirements At least 6 months of experience as a production assistant or operator, particularly in finishing, packaging, visual inspection, or manual processes. Completed secondary education. Availability to work in Lurin from Monday to Saturday (Mon–Fri 7:00 am – 5:30 pm + Saturdays as needed). Responsibilities Perform manual tasks for footwear assembly according to assigned area. Paste and label components. Manually prepare tongues for industrial assembly. Assist in thread burning to improve seam finishing. Gather materials for assembly, separate components, and assist in vamp sewing. Operate vamp pressing machine. Perform sole and flash trimming. Apply cementing (adhesive).
