Responsibilities: Manage order requests, procurement, and internal user and operational area requirements. Supervise and validate equipment, tool, and material receipt, dispatch, and physical control processes. Administer and ensure the accuracy of virtual warehouse inventories in Oracle ERP. Update and maintain databases and records related to inventories, receipts, and service requests. Coordinate with logistics providers on scheduling for material receipt, distribution, and replenishment. Execute operational processes such as equipment repair, assembly of commercial kits, and classification of recoverable assets. Comply with and ensure compliance with company and supplier-established regulations, security policies, and logistics procedures. Requirements: Technical degree (minimum 3-year program) in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields — completed. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Microsoft Office (Intermediate) Availability to work Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM–1 PM). Benefits: All statutory benefits. EPS coverage at 80% starting from the 3rd month.
