




Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing operational processes related to talent attraction, assessment, and onboarding, ensuring the availability of suitable talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of Recruitment and Selection processes 2. Coordination of Onboarding and onboarding of new employees 3. Administrative support in Human Resource Management Execute operational processes for attracting, assessing, and onboarding personnel. Ensure the availability of suitable talent for company vacancies. Provide administrative support for activities within the Human Resource Management department. Recruitment and Selection • Post job openings on job boards, professional networks, and internal channels. • Perform resume screening aligned with the profile requested by the hiring department. • Schedule selected candidates for in-person or virtual interviews. • Administer and evaluate psychometric, technical, and competency-based assessments. • Conduct initial competency-based interviews and telephone screenings. • Coordinate final-round interviews with department heads. • Verify employment references and background checks for pre-selected candidates. Onboarding and Employee Entry • Request and validate employment documentation for new hires. • Coordinate delivery of work tools with the IT department. • Schedule general company inductions and initial training sessions. Administrative Support • Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files. • Support attendance tracking, medical leaves, and vacation management. • Collaborate on organizational climate and employee well-being initiatives. Academic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Specialization or courses in Competency-Based Selection (desirable but not mandatory). Experience • Minimum 1–2 years in similar recruitment and selection roles. Technical Knowledge • Proficiency in job platforms (LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Indeed, University Portals). • Experience managing traditional psychometric tests and digital assessment platforms. • Basic knowledge of labor legislation in your country (employment contracts, working hours). • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
