Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage information and documentation, ensuring its proper storage, protection, and control in mining projects while complying with quality regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and safeguard critical information in mining projects. 2. Promote effective communication and regulatory compliance. 3. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - A graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Administration, or related fields. - Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Availability to work non-standard hours, if required. - 3 years of experience in this role within mining projects. - Familiarity with the Aconex platform and/or other document control platforms. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer information and documentation to ensure proper storage, protection, utilization, retention, and final disposition. Communicate with stakeholders regarding all information flows to formalize the delivery or receipt of information. Receive and safeguard project close-out dossiers assigned to the organization. Send, receive, register, sort, organize, archive, and control documentation from project stakeholders—including contractors, suppliers, engineering developers, supervisors, constructors, among others—with the ability to comply with the quality standards expected by the project. Perform other complementary or ancillary tasks that support the full execution of committed services.
