Job Summary: A retail company is seeking a Logistics Assistant to coordinate shipments, assemble orders, consolidate order data, manage reverse logistics, and analyze undelivered products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage reverse logistics within established timeframes. 2. Coordinate mobile device requests and transportation management. 3. Analyze undelivered products and assess reasons. A Peruvian retail company specializing in brands such as Keep, WAYU, Kido, moose, etc. We are currently seeking a **Logistics Assistant**. **Requirements:** * University degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of logistics experience (mandatory). * Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. * Availability to work at the Prime logistics warehouse located in Lurín. * Organizational skills, analytical ability, and teamwork orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate mobile device requests and transportation management for retail and wholesale channel shipments, ensuring accurate and timely execution. * Assemble retail and wholesale purchase orders and coordinate with the warehouse for merchandise preparation. * Consolidate and process order data originating from the company website, Mercado Libre, and other marketplaces for preparation and shipment. * Manage web store customer creation and issuance of invoices and receipts. * Track corporate orders through to delivery. * Analyze undelivered products, identifying and evaluating underlying causes. * Review and validate system stock levels and physical inventory at Prime to ensure complete shipments and prevent stockouts. * Manage reverse logistics within established timeframes, reconciling SAP vs. Prime data. * Process import confirmations within deadlines (24 hours GT / 72 hours BB), indicating potential adjustments. * Execute weekly store replenishment transfers. * Promptly alert stakeholders regarding delays in order processing, supply shortages, and container unloading incidents (e.g., crew availability, schedule adherence, etc.), coordinating necessary preventive measures with customers. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under Peru's General Regime. * Market-competitive salary. * Biweekly payments. * Discounts across multiple brands. * Profit-sharing payments. ***Don’t miss this opportunity to join this leading company!*** Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you? * Are you currently studying or working? * Briefly describe your logistics experience. * Indicate your proficiency level in Excel and Power BI (basic, intermediate, or advanced). * In which district do you reside? * Please state your salary expectations. * Provide a contact number.
