Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor with extensive experience in melamine furniture carpentry to coordinate and oversee manufacturing and dispatch processes. Personnel management and coordination with production and site operations. **PRODEMCO IM SAC is seeking a DISPATCH SUPERVISOR** We seek a responsible, organized individual with extensive experience in melamine furniture carpentry—kitchens, closets, and bathroom furniture—capable of coordinating and organizing the daily manufacturing process flow and controlling production dispatches to construction sites, ensuring complete and accurate delivery for each project. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen, closet, and bathroom melamine furniture carpentry. * Knowledge of materials, hardware, and accessories used in melamine furniture. * Experience reading blueprints and material take-offs. * Knowledge of production, assembly, and installation processes. * Ability to verify dimensions, components, and finishes prior to dispatch. * Personnel management and coordination with production and site operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and control the manufacturing process flow. * Inspect and validate finished furniture before dispatch. * Verify that components, accessories, and hardware are complete per blueprints and production orders. * Coordinate loading, transportation, and delivery of furniture. * Maintain records of waybills, invoices, and delivery receipts. * Coordinate with the plant and site supervision to ensure timely deliveries. * Report incidents and observations to prevent errors and rework. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Organization and orderliness. * Proactivity. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure. **Work Location:** Plant and assigned construction sites. **IMPORTANT: Do not apply unless you have verifiable experience in melamine furniture carpentry—kitchens, closets, and furniture for real estate projects.** evelleto@prodemco.com.pe **WhatsApp 958 790 294** Salary: S/.700\.00 \- S/.800\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
