Job Summary: You will lead the after-sales and technical support strategy, ensuring high-quality standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with factory guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our automotive client — trucks — we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: AFTER-SALES ENGINEER FOR TRUCKS. — INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH You will lead the after-sales and technical support strategy, ensuring high-quality standards across diagnostic, maintenance, warranty, and technical service processes, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adherence to factory-established guidelines. PROFILE: * Mechanical Engineer * Mechatronics Engineer * Automotive Engineer OR * Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Knowledge of: Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V, and Euro VI diesel engines. * Common Rail systems. * CNG and LNG engines. **Electric vehicles and electromobility technologies.** * Hybrid systems (desirable). * Mechanical and automated transmissions (ZF, FAST, Allison, Eaton, AMT). * Pneumatic braking systems. Minimum 5 years of experience Driver’s License Class A-1 (Preferred) Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead national after-sales operations. Supervise complex diagnostics. Coordinate technical support with the factory. Manage warranty processes. Administer workshop productivity indicators. Develop technical procedures. Provide ongoing technical team training. Supervise proper execution of PDIs (Pre-Delivery Inspections). Prepare technical reports for the factory. Provide technical support to strategic customers. Participate in national technical campaigns. Ensure compliance with international quality standards.
