Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to verify compliance with quality practices, prepare analysis certificates, and ensure product safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification of Good Storage and Manufacturing Practices. 2. Preparation of analysis certificates for released products. 3. Ensuring product and process quality and safety. We are currently searching for top talent for the position of Quality Supervisor. Requirements · Bachelor's degree or graduate in Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, or related fields. · Basic English proficiency. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level). · Training in GMP / HACCP implementation (mandatory). · Training in BRC Standard (desirable). · Minimum 6 months of experience. Responsibilities * Verify compliance with Good Storage and Manufacturing Practices. * Prepare analysis certificates for released products. * Sampling and preparation of samples requested by the local and export sales departments. * Experience in microbiological analysis (MANDATORY). * Conduct Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) inspections for warehouses. * Verify product condition according to acceptance criteria for raw materials, packaging, and containers. * Ensure availability of all quality certificates for packaging, as well as safety certificates provided by suppliers. * Verify the dispatch process for finished products. * Complete daily records. * Manage documentation related to raw material receipt, packaging material receipt, and product dispatch. * Support process controls and GMP controls (production line). * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. This is an on-site position in Chorrillos. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Application Questions: * The first three months constitute a probationary period and will be paid by RxH.
