What Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Control Engineer, Technical Office Engineer, or related role. Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency and advanced-level Excel proficiency. What Will Be Your Challenges? Control construction costs by item, comparing target budget versus actual execution cost and promptly identifying variances. Prepare and update weekly labor cost control reports. Prepare and update weekly critical materials cost control reports. Prepare and update the monthly cost control report for the Resident Engineer. Monitor action plans prepared by the Resident Engineer to mitigate any identified cost overruns. Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
