Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and committed content creator to drive donations and increase visibility by managing social media and social-impact events. Key Highlights: 1. At Recidar, we seek a creative and committed individual to help us generate purpose-driven social content and connect with the community to drive donations. **Responsibilities:** * Create and plan social media content * Propose campaigns that generate donations * Cover events and activations with audiovisual content * Manage messages and convert inquiries into donations * Analyze results and prepare reports **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields * Experience in social media management and content creation * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite (Adobe is desirable) * Interest in social impact or sustainability **We Are Looking For:** * Creativity, organization, and proactivity * Results- and conversion-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Availability for field and office work **Objective:** * Increase Recidar’s visibility and convert interactions into effective donations Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Villa El Salvador, Lima
