




**Description:** The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the complete administration of personnel, managing recruitment, hiring, attendance, discipline, employee welfare, and employment documentation. Additionally, they must coordinate with accounting regarding payroll, payments, and social charges, as well as support bank reconciliations related to personnel management (payments, deposits, advances, settlements, among others). They will also be in charge of keeping employee information up to date, reviewing administrative reports, ensuring legal compliance, and providing direct support to management and supervisors.
