Support in HR administrative activities Responsibilities: * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Screen CVs according to the required profile. * Coordinate interviews (telephone, virtual, and in-person). * Conduct preliminary interviews and basic validations. * Request, receive, and verify applicant documentation. * Provide support during onboarding (file compilation, contract signing coordination, induction, etc.). * Prepare comparative charts and selection process reports. * Maintain the candidate database up to date. * Assist with administrative tasks in the Human Resources department. * Comply with and ensure compliance with internal company policies, regulations, and procedures. * Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information. Requirements: * Graduate or final-cycle student in Psychology or Human Resources. * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection (preferred). * Interview and recruitment source management skills. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Strong written communication skills. * Immediate availability.
