We are currently seeking a: **PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL WELFARE INTERN:** **Requirements:** \- Recent graduate in Social Work \- Intermediate Excel skills \- Prior experience as a pre-professional Social Welfare Intern **Responsibilities:** \- Manage EsSalud procedures, including economic benefits (subsidy, maternity leave, medical leave, or others), through registration, tracking, and reporting of supporting documentation. \- Support monitoring of various insurance policies: EPS, Intern Insurance, SCTR, and Mandatory Life Insurance, via coordination with the insurance broker and invoice control. \- Track and update departmental indicators. \- Support wellness, climate, and culture-related activities. **Benefits:** \- Internship Agreement \- Remuneration \- Commuting routes \- 100% covered lunch.
