Lead and train the prepress team 2. Supervise design procedures and customer service 3. Validate the operation of graphic equipment Peru Offset Digital is searching for top talent to fill the position of: PREPRESS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: - Completed technical training and/or university degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Production, Prepress, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor, team leader, and/or manager in prepress within graphic industry companies. - Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise compliance with procedures in design processes. - Supervise adherence to the customer service schedule for design-related matters. - Serve internal customers and assist in resolving their issues. - Organize work schedules for assigned personnel. - Train and provide guidance to assigned personnel. - Validate and report proper operation of equipment.
