Job Summary: We are seeking responsible Production Operators with manual dexterity to actively participate in the conditioning process and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively participate in the conditioning and palletizing process 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work environment 3. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions (Mandatory). * Positive attitude, responsibility, manual dexterity, results-oriented, and quality-focused. * Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. \- 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. * Residence in Lurín or nearby areas (preferably near the Acho bus stop). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Actively participate in the conditioning process, including batch identification, counting and boxing, labeling, box arrangement, palletizing, and batch reconciliation, in accordance with current procedures. * Perform and maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of materials, equipment, and the work environment in accordance with current procedures, before and after the conditioning process. * Inspect packaging materials (boxes, tapes, master labels, pallets) to be used in the process. * Verify the cleanliness, seal integrity, and correct coding of containers prior to boxing. * Report any equipment or material defects to the immediate supervisor before or during the process. * Promptly inform the assistant or immediate supervisor of any issues arising during the conditioning process that may compromise product quality and safety. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
