




Job Summary: This role manages order scheduling and delivery, supervises driver performance, and ensures compliance with safety policies. Key Highlights: 1. Manages order logistics and last-mile deliveries. 2. Monitors key performance indicators and driver performance. 3. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and resolves incidents. JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Efficiently and promptly manage order scheduling and delivery based on sales volume and last-mile distribution channel. 2. Track rejection rates and freight cost metrics. 3. Update the driver contact list. 4. Monitor drivers to support BPD development. 5. Analyze KPI reports on distribution costs, unit capacity, and rejection metrics. 6. Review customer portfolio with time-window constraints. 7. Ensure transportation staff comply with safety regulations and departmental policies. 8. Monitor customer service interactions. 9. Address and resolve incidents involving transportation staff. 10. Report and escalate warnings, potential disciplinary actions, and/or suspension of delivery personnel. 11. Conduct daily supervision of vehicle departures before 07:30 AM. 12. Coordinate daily with the commercial team and delivery personnel. 13. Review and assign re-scheduled orders in the system on a daily basis. 14. Coordinate execution of customer complaints related to product, service, or quality department requests. 15. Track pending deliveries. 16.
