Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge to perform repairs, control entry/exit, report incidents, and clean various areas at an industrial refrigeration company. Key Highlights: 1. Basic knowledge of electricity, maintenance, plumbing, and painting GENERAL SERVICES / MAINTENANCE An industrial refrigeration equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Concierge to work in the district of Villa el Salvador. Responsibilities: Perform on-site repairs. Control the entry and exit of personnel, equipment, and materials. Promptly report incidents, anomalies, or risk situations. Clean various areas and vehicles. Requirements: Proficiency in using various tools Completed secondary education Class A1 driver's license (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in concierge or similar functions. Basic knowledge of electricity, maintenance/repairs, plumbing, and painting. Benefits: Immediate payroll enrollment (MYPE regime). Salary: S/. 1,600 Fixed schedule (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM) Day off on Sundays; no work on public holidays. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 60 years Driver's license: A-I Keywords: doorman, concierge, subordinate, janitor
