Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for plastic injection molding machines to join the production department, responsible for controlling machine parameters and verifying part quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and control plastic injection molding machines. 2. Adjust parameters according to production orders. 3. Detect and report defects in the injection process. A plastic manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Machine Operator for plastic injection molding machines to join its production department. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 months of experience operating plastic injection molding machines and performing plastic deburring processes. * Availability to work on-site with rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and control plastic injection molding machines. * Adjust parameters according to production orders. * Verify the quality of produced parts. * Detect and report defects in the injection process. * Comply with established production and safety standards. **Employment Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 1,250 \- S/ 1,350 \+ transportation allowance \+ night shift bonus \+ paid overtime * Microenterprise regime. * 15 days of vacation per year worked. * Formal payroll registration. * SIS health insurance. * Life Insurance under Law.
