Job Description: Salary: Starting from 1,300.00 (PEN) per month Job Title: PRODUCTION OPERATOR / HUACHIPA We are a company with over 25 years of market presence, specializing in the importation, processing, and commercialization of premium meat products. Currently, we operate two production plants located in Huachipa. What type of candidate are we looking for? - Competencies: proactive, responsible, punctual, and team-oriented. - Availability to work in Huachipa. - Minimum education: completed primary school. - Ability to work comfortably in a refrigerated environment. Main Responsibilities: * Package meat products. * Clean meat products. * Clean own work area. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. * Carry out cleaning of assigned work areas and facilities, adhering to quality and food safety parameters. * Knowledge of slicing machines with weight control (preferred). * Execute production schedules set by the area supervisor. * Comply with all regulations and procedures to ensure product safety and quality. * Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), read and familiarize oneself with safety signage. * Packaging, bagging, and related tasks.
