Job Summary: LABOCER SAC is seeking a Quality Assistant to inspect products, analyze specifications, perform daily quality controls, and prepare incident reports for candies, confectionery, and chocolates. WE ARE SEEKING A QUALITY ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections upon receipt of imported containers. Analyze product photographs prior to shipment to ensure compliance with specifications. Execute and record daily controls related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and PHS (Plant Health Standards). Prepare reports and incident reports detailing observations and findings. Follow up on quality complaints and conduct sampling of observed products. Inspect returned products at the warehouse due to complaints, incidents, or non-conformities. Track observed products prior to shipment and dispatch. Supervise implementation of the pest control program in warehouses. Support internal audits, inspections, and operational controls. Verify compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Provide staff training. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: Graduate in Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in related positions. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays until 1:00 pm. Knowledge of Supreme Decree No. 007-98/SA/DIGESA, Ministerial Resolution No. 591-2008-MINSA / Microbiological Criteria, and Healthy Eating Law No. 30021. We Offer: Average salary of S/1600.
