Register and update equipment status in the system Technical Support Analyst On-site | Peru At **EPC**, we are looking for a **Technical Support Analyst**, who will be responsible for verifying the quality and condition of technological equipment to ensure compliance with required standards for refurbishment and subsequent commercialization. **Key Responsibilities** * Review technical reports to validate hard drive reset or destruction, ensuring customer data protection. * Physically evaluate equipment to verify its condition and functionality. * Recategorize equipment according to internal standards to define its commercial value and target customer segment. * Perform cleaning, preparation, and packaging of equipment for sale and dispatch. * Manage warehouse inventory prior to dispatch. * Register and update equipment status in the system to ensure full-process traceability. * Comply with company operational procedures and standards. **Requirements** * Technical graduate in **Systems, Computing, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar positions**. * Availability to work in Lurín. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Basic English. * Desired: Technology-related courses or specializations.
