Job stability in a growing company **FIBRAMAX TEL S.A.C.** We are a Peruvian telecommunications company dedicated to delivering Internet services via a 100% private fiber-optic network. We are currently seeking a **Technical Assistant with an A1 driver's license**, eager to learn, develop professionally, and grow alongside our team. Responsibilities * Assist the lead technician with residential installations and fault resolution. * Load, unload, and transport materials and tools. * Support line technicians and splicers as required. * Operate the assigned vehicle for operational tasks. * Report completed activities and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any incidents. * Provide assistance during emergencies, as applicable. Requirements * Valid A1 driver's license for manual-transmission vehicles. * Prior experience as a technical assistant or helper in telecommunications is desirable but not mandatory. * Willingness to learn fiber-optic work and develop technical expertise. * Responsibility, punctuality, commitment, and courteous conduct. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekly day off, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Willingness to work overtime when operationally required. * Residence in Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, San Juan de Miraflores, Pachacámac, Lurín, or nearby districts.
