Job Summary: Biolabs is seeking Production Operators to manufacture and market alternative natural products, overseeing packaging processes and maintaining equipment. Key Highlights: 1. At Corporación Biolabs, a leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of alternative natural products, we are seeking top talents with experience as PRODUCTION OPERATORS. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts for 4 days per week. Availability to work in Chilca (Indupark). Minimum 3 months of production experience as a powder packager or sachet packager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Calibration: Adjust machine parameters. Supply: Load the machine with raw materials, install packaging film rolls, and fill hoppers with product (powder). Monitor the packaging process throughout the shift to ensure no ruptures, leaks, or jams occur in the machine. Maintain clean equipment and work area. Maintain documented or digital records of the number of sachets produced, waste (scrap), and operational time. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety protocols. BENEFITS: MYPE payroll with statutory benefits from day one (15 annual vacation days, half-month salary for semi-annual bonuses). First shift schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Second shift schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Salary above market rate + 100% meal allowance + overtime pay. Production bonuses. Transportation service for pickup and drop-off in Chilca and Pucusana Bridge, round-trip.
