Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to manufacture natural products, responsible for calibration, supply replenishment, packaging process control, and equipment maintenance. At Corporación Biolabs, a leading company in the development and commercialization of alternative natural products, we are looking for top talent with experience as PRODUCTION OPERATORS. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts for 4 days per week. Availability to work in Chilca (Indupark). Minimum 3 months of production experience as a powder packager or sachet packager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Calibration: Adjust machine parameters. Supply Replenishment: Load the machine with raw materials, install packaging film rolls, and fill hoppers with product (powder). Monitor the packaging process throughout the shift to ensure no machine breakages, leaks, or jams occur. Maintain clean equipment and work area. Maintain documented or digital records of sachets produced, material loss (waste), and operational time. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety protocols. BENEFITS: MYPE payroll with statutory benefits effective from day one (15 annual vacation days, half-month salary bonus twice per year). First shift schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Second shift schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Salary above market average + 100% meal allowance + overtime pay. Production bonuses. Transportation service for pickup and drop-off between Chilca and Pucusana Bridge (round trip).
