We are looking for Cleaning Staff** At **Red Inmobiliario**, a company dedicated to developing real estate projects, we are seeking responsible, committed individuals with a passion for cleaning to join the team of the **El Paraíso de Punta Negra** project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in cleaning or maintenance (preferred). * Knowledge of cleaning supplies, disinfection, and basic protocols. * Residency near Punta Negra or convenient transportation access. * Good physical condition. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Maintain all project areas clean, organized, and in optimal condition. Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, common areas, and work zones. Clean windows, surfaces, and assigned spaces according to established protocols. Report incidents, damages, or maintenance needs to the relevant supervisor.
