A leading manufacturer of flexible packaging is looking for two Quality Assurance Analysts who meet the following requirements: · University professional or technical graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. · **Desirable** minimum of 03 months of experience in similar positions. · Proficient in Office software at user level. · Available to work in the district of Villa el Salvador (on the former Pan-American Highway South). · Available to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Monitor the production process at all manufacturing stages. 2\. Participate daily in shift handovers with the previous team to stay informed about the status of in-process products and daily events. 3\. Review product technical sheets before starting evaluations and compare them with the work order to detect inconsistencies in customer requirements. 4\. Inspect the start-up sample of assigned processes and verify that it meets the characteristics specified in the work order according to the standard. 5\. Ensure that before approving a new product, all necessary elements for this activity are present. 6\. Record results and evaluate findings in accordance with quality control instructions and procedures. 7\. Document quality events for each process, reporting any issues or deviations on production forms. 8\. Identify NON-CONFORMITIES found and report them to the supervisor, area responsible, machine operator, and head of quality assurance for immediate correction. 9\. Final Product Inspection. 10\.
